Emmunah Real Estate (Pty) Ltd (ERE) is a company of professional accountants who chose to specialise in real estate. We are a member of BET Group ( i.e. BDM Property Management, Emmunah Holdings & Tshehlotlou Holdings). The Head office is in Polokwane.
ERE is registered with Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) to render all services that fall within the real estate in terms Property Practitioners Act 22 of 2019.
Emmunah Real Estate is a company founded and headed by Professional qualified accountant Mr Oupa Baloyi (MPRE & AGA (SA)).

- Ensuring compliance with the industry regulations (CSOS & STMA)
- Monthly Financial Reports reviewed by Chartered Accountants and Profession Practitioner in Real Estate
- Issuing of clearance certificates
- Compilation of the Annual Financial Statement
- Preparation of the annual budget and the 10-year maintenance plan
- Financial advisory including the cost cutting measures
- Submission of the Annual returns to CSOS
- Training of trustees and owners regarding the laws and regulations
Principal
Oupa Baloyi AGSA, MPRE – Chief Executive Officer and Principal.
Oupa is a qualified Master Property Practitioner in Real Estate and Associate General Accountant. He is responsible for ensuring ERE, Agents and Clients are always working together harmoniously and professionally in every transaction.
He has been in the property industry for over five years. He is tax practitioner, experienced external auditor over five years audit and in the public sector.
He is chairperson of the Board of Trustees of a Body Corporate and have knowledge and experience of CSOS, Sectional title management Act, Property Practitioners Act and EAAB.
He is an analyst with good negotiation & relationship management skills and abilities in liaising with banks, financial institutions, regulatory authorities & other agencies.

Community Service
